Welcome to Military Brats Online Military Brats Online is in its 11th year of serving the Military Brat community. MBO was launched in December of 1995, and was the first web site devoted entirely to linking Military Brats with their heritage and each other. Vann Baker created and launched Military Brats Online in 1995 in an effort to bring together both stateside and overseas Military Brats using the Internet. Vann is the president and creative director of Design-First, a marketing company located in Duluth, Georgia.
